Our Vision is That No Child Will Grieve Alone
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our 2020 Sunset Soirée event. Through the generous support of donors like you, this annual event has historically made a huge impact in how we serve our grieving families.
Because these funds are essential to the free grief support services Valerie’s House provides, we are launching the Every Sunset Brings the Promise of a New Dawn campaign. By eliminating event costs, every dollar donated will go directly to providing program supplies, individual counseling sessions, mentor and volunteer background checks, our family assistance fund, and more.
Thank you for being a part of our mission to help children and families work through the loss of a loved one together and go on to live fulfilling lives. We are grateful to be a part of such a supportive and compassionate community.
Together we will remind grieving families like April, Ryan and Cadi below that they are not alone.
